An open group for women who are coping with, planning to leave, just leaving, or recovering from an abusive relationship. This is a place where women can share experiences without being judged, and work on improving self-esteem after experiencing abuse and/or sexual assault. The group is ongoing. This group is for women who are a little further along in their healing process. You will pick one major change and a few smaller changes you would like to accomplish in your life. Please do not think that you do not have a BIG enough change to make - all changes are important. You will be sharing challenges and accomplishments in a supportive environment with others who are also at a crossroads in their lives. Let's have some fun and move our lives along! Child care available if scheduled before the first group.
