NELCWIT is a multi-cultural social change organization. We
seek staff who are:
- committed to ending violence
against women and children
- committed to social change
through active participation in fighting against racism,
classism, homophobia, ableism, ageism, and all oppressions
- willing to learn about and
actively use multicultural awareness and understanding and an
anti-oppression analysis in
their daily work.
