PLEASE JOIN US AT THE 2010 BOWLATHON FUN-DRAISER!
Get your team together – or let us help you find one – it’s almost time to bowl! NELCWIT will host its 34th annual Bowlathon on Saturday, January 30, 2010, at the French King Entertainment Center in Erving. The Bowlathon isn't just fun -- it's one of NELCWIT’s most important fundraisers. Last year, our bowlers raised almost $10,000 for services to individuals and families who have experienced or witnessed domestic violence, rape, or abuse. This year we need to reach our goal of $15,000 to continue funding NELCWIT's life-saving programs. Be a Team Captain - Get 4 friends to join you and form a team! - Each bowler agrees raises at least $50 - $100. We'll provide a page of fundraising tips to make this easy! - NELCWIT provides bowling shoes, pizza & soda for all bowlers. Come on the 30th and Bowl Get pledges, raise lots of money, and have a great time bowling on Saturday, January 30th! If you do not have a team, we will put you together with other individual bowlers. - Each bowler agrees raises at least $50 - $100. We'll provide a page of fundraising tips to make this easy! - NELCWIT provides bowling shoes, pizza & soda for all bowlers. Sponsor the Bowlathon
Each sponsorship helps to
defray the many costs associated with this event, so the greatest
possible amount raised by bowlers can go directly to NELCWIT's
programs and services.

Other info for bowlers - Each bowler or team signs up to bowl either from 1-2 p.m. or from 2-3 p.m. (Be sure to get to the alley about 20 minutes earlier to sign in & get your pizza and soda!) - Lots of fun prizes for bowlers of ALL levels. - We'll also have a raffle at the bowlathon, with prizes including gift certificates, beautiful hand-crafted items, and more.
